Get SMART (3-Hour Training) This course helps YMCA staff develop the skills needed to create membership experiences that exceed member expectations, connect members to the YMCA mission, and advance members to their engagement and commitment to the YMCA.

This course provides participants with the basic knowledge and skills to teach YMCA swim lessons to parent-child pairs, preschoolers, youth and adults.

This training is designed for first-time supervisors, supervisors that are new to the YMCA of the Suncoast and supervisors that would just like a refresher. Supervisors of full-time and part-time status should be encouraged to attend.
