Living Our Cause Experience is an interactive session aimed at empowering staff supervisors to lead culture building strategies in their Y and ultimately understand the role they play in creating meaningful experiences for staff, volunteers and members.

This course is designed specifically for Team Leaders and is an overall introduction to fiscal management and finance principles. Participants will explore the connection between the YMCA mission and their role in responsible fiscal stewardship.

The YMCA is both a volunteer led and driven organization which continues to be rooted in the spirit of community volunteerism. The course is designed for any level of staff who work in a Y where volunteers support programs, assist with special events, serve on committee or boards, raise funds, or serve to make their communities a better place to live.

Having successful cause-driven managers at the YMCA is critical to the success of all YMCAs. It is important for new managers to get the tools, information and resources they need to be successful from the start. It is also important for managers who have been in their role for a while to revisit these resources and reflect upon their impact as a manager.

This course is designed to provide participants the knowledge and skills necessary to be a lifeguard and professional rescuer.

The purpose of YMCA Lifeguard V6 Recertification course is to provide individuals who hold current YMCA Lifeguard certification the opportunity to participate in a modified YMCA Lifeguard course to renew their certification prior to expiration.

This course awards the YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor Certification.
