This is a workshop for those staff that have the most face-to-face time with our members, program participants, and potential members and focuses on what really matters: the heart and minds of our staff.

This course is designed to provide participants the knowledge and skills necessary to be a lifeguard and professional rescuer.

This course awards the YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor Certification.

To become better with managing your time you must first understand how you are spending your time.  Achieving a true work life balance requires you to discover what you priorities are and should be and how to accomplish them.  This course will challenge your thought process as to what is important and should be important to you as well as provides tips and strategies to becoming better balanced
